The Emerging Past Director’s Cut Emerges on Amazon Prime

Noted multi award-winning filmmaker Thomas J. Churchill’s epic horror film, The Emerging Past Director’s Cut was just released on Amazon Prime. This film is in the tradition of Hitchcock and is a new psychological thriller from the producers & Writer/Director of Check Point, The Rack Pack, and Lazarus Apocalypse comes THE EMERGING PAST. I have had the honor of working with Churchill (or rather, “Church”, to his good friends), and I will say that he is truly a creative artist. His films are thought provoking, moving and he truly fosters a familial type of atmosphere on set for his cast and crew. When you can’t see the […]

Well Heeled at the Heels Premiere

Really enjoyed the movie Heels with my good friend fashion designer Sai Suman and had a nice time at the premiere and after party. The only thing missing was one of the stars of the film, my “Live with Ford and Vida” colleague Ford Austin, who was missing as he had come down with a bad cold that he couldn’t shake. The film’s LA premiere was at the Laemmle Noho 7 as part of the popular Noho Cine Fest. Heels is the story of two adopted brothers, Ronnie (Britt George) and Jodi Lackey (Ryan Bottiglieri), who also wrote, directed and […]

Hollywood And Me.Com Official Launch Party

Great time at the Hollywoodandme.com  official launch party at the Sofitel Hotel. It was also the birthday party for one of their founders, Anthony G. Cohen. I had the pleasure of meeting Tony at The World Networks’ Entrepreneur Awards, where he was an awardee and I was a presenter. Billed as the Gatsby Affair, the theme of this event was the roaring 20’s, so it was great to see all the flapper costumes! I wore a gown by noted designer Sai Suman, who was also an awarded an Entrepreneur award. In fact, we hung out with Lousine Karibian, founder and CEO […]

My Favorite Oscar Looks

There were not a lot of favorite standouts for me this Oscar season, as I liked the looks at the after parties more. Here’s what I did like… When I saw the gown, I thought of the song “Blue Velvet.” Taraji looked elegant and sexy at once. Not many can pull that off. Oscar winner Stone with her flapper inspired gold, Swarovski crystal-embroidered gown, gave a real nod to vintage Hollywood with her Veronica Lake type curls and red lipstick. Very fitting considering her winning performance was from the modern day classic La La Land!
