Covergirl Outlast Works All-Day Everyday

I had the opportunity to try some wonderful new Covergirl Outlast All-Day products thanks to the fine folks at Influenster. Their soft touch concealer, matte finishing powder and lipgloss duo were a part of my gifted voxbox.   Though the powder and concealer were a bit too dark for my complexion, they were good blenders for when I want to do a light contour, but not too extreme that it looks obvious. My favorite was the lipgloss duo. I love the nude intensity base for daytime use and then the clear gloss to bump it up for the evening. Great […]

I happened upon Minerva’s Gold Collagen when visiting my local beauty supply store aka my hangout as I’m there so often purchasing products I don’t need more often than not. Such was not the case with Gold Collagen. I drank a bottle a day for about two weeks and the results were incredible. My nails were much stronger, my skin more radiant and my hair was so shiny! Sue Wong’s Epic Fashion Show at the Avant Garde Masquerade Ball

I had a blast at internationally renowned designer Sue Wong’s EPIC fashion show at the Avant Garde Masquerade Ball. This phenomenal event was held at the Majestic downtown, which was an apropos location as it dates back to 1921 as the original LA headquarters of Bank of America, which is an era that Sue’s designs often harken to!  Many of the vintage design features of this location are similar to The Cedars, Sue historic estate. This enchanted evening was the second annual Masquerade Ball for Michelle Long’s Avant Garde Magazine. Her runway included celebrity guest models Eugenia Kuzmina and Ava […]

I checked out the Gilt City Wearhouse Sale press preview benefitting the Rett Syndrome Research Trust at Siren Studios on Orange in Hollywood. There were great sparkly Judith Leiber clutches and all sort of bags, boots and high end shoes. They even had a kids section and a menswear section. Complimentary drinks were served by Pure Leaf Tea House Collection, Aloe Gloe, as well as Barefoot Bubbly and […]
