So at practically the very last minute I attended my first Comic Con. And boy was it a learning experience. I missed out on so much as I literally attended it on the fly, but learned more than I ever imagined. There were so many great moments…all in one day! So I’ll sum it up here visually with a few snippets and many photos…
Escalator to Heaven aka stairway to Comic Con check-inActor Cas Anvar at a Vatican Tapes signing for some eager fans. Line wrapped around the stage multiple timesWith the always photogenic Cas. I looked like I just drove into town and walked a few miles in the broiling heat with my ruddy face, which I did…
I was very excited for my friend and fellow Persian Cas Anvar who is currently rocking it as a series regular in two, yes that’s right, TWO Syfy series, The Expanse and Olympus! The Expanse is the hot new show for Comic Con and there was a lot of buzz around it. Cas was all over this Con. He’s Altair in Assassin’s Creed and also starred in the Vatican Tapes, so he was either at a panel, signing or interviewed on a red carpet.
